Custom Certificate Photo Submission:
Custom Certificates with customers' photo must meet a certain criteria. Photos must be clear and visible where all of the background is very "clean" - whether that background is a street, driveway, road, or a pristine field of grass - no other cars (or people) involved. Ideal pictures are those showing the most points of the vehicle.
